Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and content with your Lucelise pieces. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following:

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number in your message.

 

Returned items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition and packaging
• Sent within 14 days of delivery

Returns made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
We currently do not provide free return labels. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

Please note:
• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Personalised or customised items are non-returnable.
• Items purchased on sale or marked as “last chance” are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sets must be returned as a whole (excluding earrings).
• Free promotional items must be returned along with the qualifying order. If not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Exchanged items must also be in new, unused condition, with original packaging.
We do not offer complimentary shipping for exchange returns, however, your new item will be sent out at no extra delivery charge.

 

The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Earrings (due to hygiene)
• Custom-made or personalised pieces
• Last chance or sale items
• Free promotional gifts

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

 

If your return is not eligible (e.g., outside timeframe or damaged), we will notify you and no refund will be issued.

Undelivered Parcels

If your package is returned to us due to:
• An incomplete or incorrect address
• Missed delivery attempts
• Unpaid customs fees (for international orders)

Your order will be refunded excluding the original delivery fee. If you’d like to receive the item again, a new order must be placed.
