Shipping Policy

At Lucelise, we strive to dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. (Public holidays are excluded, and during busy sale or festive periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended.)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Once your package is shipped, it is your responsibility to track its journey.
Lucelise is not liable for any delays that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

If there is a delay, we kindly ask that you reach out to the shipping provider directly, as they will have the most accurate updates.

Information for International Customers

Customs clearance procedures may extend delivery times, especially depending on your country’s regulations. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our hands and Lucelise cannot be held responsible for them.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) basis. This means that the product price does not include customs duties or import taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable charges to receive the parcel.
We are unable to estimate or cover these additional fees. For more accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Please note:
Some countries (e.g. Canada, Ukraine) may experience longer delivery times due to strict customs controls. In such cases, tracking may temporarily pause once the parcel reaches local postal services, and resume upon delivery.

We work with Royal Mail for domestic shipping, and they partner with local couriers for international deliveries.

Shipping Fees & Address Accuracy

• For orders under £75, a standard shipping fee of £5 applies.

• Orders over £75 are eligible for free shipping.

If your order is returned due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
• Unpaid customs fees
• Refusal to accept the parcel

We will refund your order excluding the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total. Refunds will only be issued once we receive the returned package.
